Economic Impact Studies
To identify and respond to the issues affecting Texans, Texas AgriLife Extension Service conducts an ongoing needs assessment process involving long-range strategic planning, stakeholder input, and program evaluation. The educational programs implemented locally may vary, given differing needs, stages of adoption, and creativity of local citizens and communities.
To document the ultimate success of Extension education, our agency formally analyzes selected, representative programs to determine their impact. The following economic impact reports on selected programs provide insight into the value of Extension programs.
